South American Journeys Summary

An educational and informative evening was enjoyed by one and all who attended the South American Journeys program on June 21. It was held at a Peruvian eatery, the Inka Grill in Huntington Beach. Even though it was a small venue, we were able to extend it outside and have the suppliers showcase their programs and products “al fresco”.

Sonia Vedov, President of South Star Tours was the main speaker. She took us on a brief journey through South America and provided some special insights of her country of birth, Brazil.

A small sampling of Peruvian cuisine added flavor to the evening’s experience. This was followed by a brief presentation by the suppliers of their company’s products and programs in South America.
